How Much is Shipping and Who Do You Ship With?
Shipping to the continental US is flat rate: $5.95 and ships with one of FEDEX Ground, Home Delivery, FEDEX Smart Post, (and sometimes USPS for heavy items or otherwise). You will get a tracking number with your purchase. Generally, we can ship to PO Boxes and to APO/DPO/FPO. (If you’re in the Armed Forces and shipping to APO/DPO/FPO, shipping is always free!)
Shipping from our Brooklyn warehouse to your location takes one-two business day within 300 miles of New York City, and about 5-8 business days from New York City to the far West Coast. What if I Need My Packaged Shipped Faster?
FEDEX 2-Day Air Delivery
You can elect to ship with FEDEX 2-Day Air delivery which delivers, generally, two business days after your order, excluding custom orders such as bag tags, heavier or oddly shaped items such as bikes and umbrellas.
FEDEX Overnight Delivery

When Do You Ship?
Orders processed during the business week (Monday-Friday) before 2pm Eastern Time are typically shipped the same day or the next business day. Orders processed on the weekend are typically shipped on Monday or Tuesday. We aim to please of course. Need it faster? Get in touch with customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Do You Have Saturday Delivery?
Hell yeah! Saturday delivery is included with our flat rate shipping, but only if you get your order in on time. If you’re ordering within 300 miles of New York, you can order as late as Friday at 2pm and your package should be delivered on Saturday. If you're ordering from further away, generally the deadline for Saturday delivery is the Tuesday prior. We can't guarantee Saturday delivery, however, unless you choose FEDEX Overnight shipping. Where Do You Ship From?
Think of a huge brick warehouse in the middle of Brooklyn, kind of like what you might find in the novel “Motherless Brooklyn”. Yeah, Brooklyn. Brooklyn’s great because it’s fun, hip, and close to JFK, where we often drive late orders to meet the FEDEX deadline.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Generally, international orders, including Canada, ship with the United States Postal Service via First Class Mail Package. Shipping to Canada is $9.95; shipping varies by country but is generally $15.
We do, however, ship with FEDEX International Economy for certain orders - if you need it faster or for larger items.
That said, some items are difficult to ship internationally (even to Canada!). For example, we might not be able to efficiently ship items that weigh a lot or are unusual shapes such as umbrellas. When in doubt, just get in touch with customer service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that customers are responsible for duties and taxes in their local jurisdiction. This can add upwards of 30% to your order total. Sometimes, by shipping with the United States Postal Service, duties and taxes are lower than with FEDEX International Economy.
