Our policy regarding refunds and order cancellations is simple:

In the event that you are unhappy for any reason at all with a product, there are many ways you can contact us:
- email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- chat with us online from 9am to 5pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, and often on the weekend. Just click on the purdy little lady above the chat module on the site
- call us directly in the bat cave: 347.457.5843. If we're not around, definitely leave a message.
Pretty simple, and it's worked out very well for our loyal customers since we launched.
For exchanges, there is a $5.95 shipping fee so that we don't go broke shipping back and forth!
Please note, however, that our custom products, once stamped by hand and produced, are not eligible for a refund, but can be stamped again to meet your requested changes.
